whats in the water in portland

i live in new york, which is pretty diverse place to live. all sorts of people live here.

an urban legend is the water effects people. one town nearby is "kinda" famous for slutty girls and another no matter what is full of beautifull girls (well mostly italian JAPS)

whats the deal with portland, if i traveled there are all the girls this cute, all tat'ed and pierced? not to mention the colors...rainbow colors of hair

are thier certain areas that are famous foor certain types of people?

portland does have lots of cute girls..but it has a way bigger population of heroin addicts..and retards..don't come here for the women.

water water everywhere almost every day is gray
it is so plentifull it falls from the sky nothing is dry
that and everyone is juked up on caffine, not water
