I was wondering if there are any co-opers on this site?

I previously posted this in the newbies group, but advice was given to post here. So, if you live, have lived, or are interested in co-ops let me know.

This is an attempt at common ground,
I'm really not trying to sell anythingwink.
Here's a link with some info that I dropped in the last post as well.

Is a co-op like a farm? because i'm allergic to short-haired animals. So, no. Im not a cooper, allthough my barrell making skills are off the charts.

I have lived, live, and will be living in one. But, why does that require our own group on SG ?

I used to work for one, and I tried to live in one but got turned down cause I wasn't vegan. That's Santa Cruz for you.

as to the question, a co-op can be a farm, but usually it's like a frathouse for hippies.

I'm a former co-oper. Lived in Minnie's/Mich House at Michigan for 3 years. Good times, good times.

All the CoOp's in Seattle are artist buildings. Not fucking hippie frathouses.

Good luck finding Co-ops. Democracy has no part in business, unfortunately. Businesses are imperial.
