Zak Penn directed and released one the best films of 2004, Incident at Loch Ness. It's hard to explain this film but basically it's a great mockumentary. It was a big surprise for Penn's directorial debut because he is best known as the screenwriter of The Last Action Hero, PCU and X-Men 2.
