In high school, soccer was my life. I played defense and slide tackled often. Once, I did it and ended up totally wrecking some chick's knee... she had to be taken away in an abulance and never played soccer again I felt horrible... but I didn't get in trouble because it was all ball and totally legal.

broke either the fibula or tibia in a leg...dont remember which
broke 3 ribs
knocked out several teeth

ive since learned to control my anger. havent been in a fight in 5 years.

Eighth grade football, I was playing DE and came in clean on a rush. A teammate hit the QB high just as I hit him low. His leg snapped so loudly it was grotesque ... and then he started screaming.

He was taken out in the ambulance, and I felt absolutely horrible.

dislocated a shoulder playing football.
Some guy either dislocated, or broke his knee. When i was pitching to him. In a baseball Game. Technically I had nothing to do with it, but he was swinging at one of my pitches.
