Mmmm nacho-y goodness

i make nachos out of cool-ranch doritos and then flash fry the whole thing. too bad they don't still make those olestra doritos, i'm watching my weight.

I work in a cinema part time and serve nachos but the cheese sauce mings beyond belief! It's 5% cheese powder and 95% crap and smells nasty but customers can't get enough of it! The complaints we get if we ever run out of cheese.......
