For some reason photoshop won't open any files. I click on the file I want to open with photoshop, and nothing happens. I can't open any new documents either.

HELP ME PLEASE.

What format are you asking it to open? I've had that problem trying to open files only to look and see that I'm trying to open non Photoshopped files as files saved in the Photoshop format.

Try restarting - that seems to be the only thing that fixes some of PS' gremlins. And by that I mean the entire OS, not just PS.
