How is a child witnessing two ladies holding hands any more "adult" than seeing his own hetero parents/grandparents/cousins/strangers holding hands? Do we rush to sheild the baby's eyes when Mommy and Daddy kiss each other goodbye before leaving for work? No?
Then what is the problem, really?
If you're associating the very existence of same-sex couples as being too "adult" for our young'uns, then it must be because you're associating some sort of perversion or obscenity with homosexuality. And if that's the case, I honestly have nothing more to say to you.
