I lost one of my Buffy Season 2 DVD's and I want to know if I can just replace ONE Dvd instead of buying the entire season. Who should I contact to purchase one?

Maybe somebody can burn one for you. I have no idea, otherwise.

If it were season 6, I'd say let it go, but season 2 is a classic.

It may be a stock answer, but I'd say check ebay

Have you considered contacting the manufacturer?

I would immediatly kill myself if I lost one of my Buffy DVDs. That totally sucks. But yeah you're probably gonna have to buy the whole season again. See if you can get it used and try to sell off the discs you have to someone.

I know a lot of video stores rent out the individual discs from seasons, so you could rent one of those and 'lose' it

You know what sucks? It's the disk where Jenny Calender dies and Xander walks around in a speedo.

I emailed fox and apparently they do have a CD replacement program for scratched disks, but I don't know for lost disks. I emailed them and hopefully will know soon.

Ouch. You're missing the Passions episode?

Painful. They can probably replace it if you can come up with a ruined copy, but probably not if you don't have an original. You'll have to try Manchester_Black's solution, I suspect.

Good luck.

The Jenny C death episode was the first one I ever watched. Immediately hooked.

I doubt it. Disney has a similar program for scratched discs but not lost ones. They require you mail the damaged disc to them as proof of ownership (as well as to make sure you aren't just getting a second copy of a disk you still have) Without the disk, I doubt they will do it for you. Good luck though.

Netflix is the same way. I've had a few movies actually lost in the mail, and they never charged me for them. They say as long as it doesn't happen "too often", it's usually not a problem.

Try writing the company...You'll be suprised at what companies will do sometimes when customers contact them.
