what you need is a vile of cat urin to pour into the heater vents on the outside of there car, yea thats good.

If they leave their car running in the morning, take the key out of the ignition and depending how malicious you are, throw them as far as you can, drop them in a bucket/puddle of puke or other body waste.

All excellent suggestions, but I do have to continue living next to these people you understand. I would like to get them back in some kind of mean way, but nothing that will make them want to then get me back or get me kicked out of my apartment.

They taped the note back on our door this morning. And it said: No one here vomited on your walkway! What the fuck? Look at the pictures you are telling me that didn't come from them. Some strange fuck came, puked on our walkway and then ran away!!!
