i love my electric toothbrush!!

i brush like 6 times a day now because it's so much more fun than a regular old manual toothbrush. just thought i'd share.

perhaps i should get out more...

i admit. i love mine as well.

you know what sucks? that razorblade w/ the electric motor in the handle which makes it vibrate. while one the one hand, i am almost certain that it is not a gimmick; i think it does give you a closer shave with less strokes, you can't use it in the shower! that sucks! i assume you couldn't use an electric toothbrush in the shower, either. if it is hygiene related, and i can't do it in the shower, pfft. fuck it

I'm not entirely sure but my dentist did some kind of x-rays and tests because he thought I had a gum disease, then concluded that I was brushing too hard and told me to switch to a manual toothbrush.

For real. I don't use an electric brush, but I use to brush too hard and I wore away a large portion of gum. I had to have a skin/gum graft in my mouth. Not fun.

I'm evil.

i have that tooth brush!!

there is such thing as brushing too much. you can and will wear down the enamel not just your gums.

and brushing right after you eat isn't a good idea either. wait awhile so your saliva can neutralize any acids (ie. citric acid) if you don't you increase the risk of wearing down your enamel.

And, not to go all informercial, but that razor kicks ass. I got an electric toothbrush, too, and I like it but I wouldn't try to take it in the shower.
