Anyone on your friends list or who hasbookmarked you as interesting will be able to see your new entry when they hit "bookmarks" See what I meanby hitting "bookmarks"on your own profile. Also you will appear in the 'Hookup" section under "most recent journal entries" for a brief time.

Seeing as the question has been answered twice...

You've been around quite a long time to call yourself a n00b... sorta... didja just come out of anonymity or something?

Ive been on here since July and im am really only just starting to have different people commenting in my journal. You just have to read the threads and make a few comments here and there so that people get to know who you are and if they are interested they will check your journal.

You make a thread that indirectly points it out.

don't worry no body reads my journal either...I just write things at random for the sake of writing things...sometimes people come read, leave a message then fuck off other times the words are lost to the internet.

Start a new thread about your latest journal entry. haha Just kidding. Please dont do it. wink

As far as I know only people who have added you to their friends list or bookmarked you as interesting, and then check their bookmarks frequently will know when you updated your journal. They'll come to you if they're interested. smile

Parallel newbie question:

If this is a legitimate question, and not a translation for "Will someone please comment in my journal?" shouldn't it be on The Site board? Or can we just start threads anywhere we feel like?
