I have no problem with people choosing to do this sort of work. Perhaps if those hiring the 'little' people were only doing so to laugh at them, then yes.

But, how is this different to choosing to strip? ('exhibiting' your body for cash)

How is this different to choosing to model on Suicide Girls? (the key thing here being that it's your choice to model, strip etc; many people won't approve, but it's not their body or life).

I'm assuming the company owners aren't racing around America roping midgets and carting them off for their evil schemes, so it's voluntary right?

In fact, I find assuming that said 'little people' can't make their own minds up about this, and that it must not be their own choice, a bit demeaning...they are normal consenting adults.
