Guess its just an automatic self-defence mechanism.

That only happens to me when I sneeze while I'm taking a piss -- which sucks in the first place 'cause you usually end up hosin' down the wall and everything else in reach. The resulting feeling basically can be summed up as a charlie-horse in the chode. I usually exit the bathroom doing all kinds of yoga-looking shit to try to "walk it off."

Oh, and speaking of vasectomies - my dad is so afraid of needles (some weird phobia thing..?...), that he had his vasectomy with zero anethesia. Youch! Though I was quite small, I also remember the pathetic little wimpering slouch on the couch for the next two days.
