Hmmm I am up till like 5-7am... And wake up at like noon... Maybe they just don't get much sleep... I hate sleep, and Try to avoid it as much as possible...

I work at night, and some of the people I work with play video games really loud at night...sometimes we watch TV or play games during lunch hour (2am) Maybe it's just a difference of schedules and they are up at night and sleep during the day like I do.

Sounds like you're living below my wife and I. You're not complaining about cats leaping about on hardwood floors, though, so we must live in different neighborhoods.

It's not drugs, we just don't have jobs that require us to actually be anywhere at a set time. My wife is a writer, and I run an internet-based business. We only go to bed when there's nothing else to do or we're exhausted. (I think we're on a 28-hour cycle.)
