Is your camera on? If it has been on for a while... try turning it off and then on again...

99 percent of all networking problems are due to the cable.

maybe the um cable is loose?

It's probably an inconsistancy in the Metric Wobble Node, which sometimes doesn't get along with the Electro-Chord 1511.27b device.

Generally, simply replacing the Static Mesh Filter card will solve everything; I can send you one for a mere $200. Don't bother searching for a better price, by the way; those things are so rare I'm about the only person that carreis them.

You've gotta be kidding? Metric Wobble Node? The MWN isn't even installed on cameras made after the year 1999, due to the law that Congress passed on the safety of the MWN. Remember the recall? The MWNs kept catching fire if you tried to use the flash.

While you may have a point about the Static Mesh Filter, I think the Johnson Rod is a much more likely source of the problem. I mean those rods wear out fast, and a Static Mesh Filter usually lasts for at least 10-15 years, unless you're taking pictures in the rain.

Look, don't listen to this guy, he's obviously trying to rip you off. Send me $150, and not only will I replace your Johnson Rod, I'll even clean your Struttford Lock Gauges for free!

I would download the pictures to a CDRom from the camera first. Then fuck with them. smile

seems like something you (or another user on your computer) (or your malevolent computer itself) may have done is tweaked one little setting too far and made one program not see the device.

so...

if you're able, try to uninstall and reinstall the camera device.

if that's not the problem, try checking all cable connections.

if that's not the problem, try checking batteries, flash cards, anything that may be "plugged in" to the camera.

if it still doesn't work, make sure you have your previous photoshop projects saved somewhere safe(cd-rom, backup folder on HDD) and uninstall, then reinstall, photoshop.

if it still doesn't work, then we've run out of options. you can paint the camera the color of your choosing and make it the centerpiece in your new collage entitled useless paperweight.
