I've always heard you shouldn't take ibuprofen after you've been drinking because it can cause liver damage.

I take this shit. No it's not really the best for you because it has aspirin in it but it works sooooo well. Took it this morning, felt great 20 minutes later. smile

A good safe substitute as a pain killer is Fioricet...it is a perscription migraine medicine...it works well for hangovers if you take it before you pass out...If you can get ahold of some it does work...it doesnt really help with migraines though...go figure...

i like hangovers,there the perfect excuse to stay in bed for most of the next day only getting up to watch trisha and maybe make a cup of tea.

Indeed. I wouldn't recommend taking any painkiller while you're drunk or shortly after having been drunk. Water, food, & knowing your limit is where it's at.

don't be a sissy. if no one got hangovers, they would drink even more. hangovers are natures way of calling you stupid. not that we listen, but if there was no price to pay, we would drink 100 times more.

ps. i agree: lots of water and a quater-pounder combo meal.

I've used it, it's worked well for me. Sometimes when I drink I get a tummy ache before i've finished... it took care of that too...
