moving homes or apartments is a great way if thats applicable to your situation. some people cant take care of things when they live alone so roomates are a good option but again if that applies to you. heck do some major furniture moving, redecorating, cleaning or hire a maid to do it for you for once. thatll freshen things up. take a long walk at night by yourself (dont get stabbed). downtown, a park, rural area whereever you like to go. EXERCISE! man endorphines do wonders on your system. take a night class of some sort that you are interested in; religion, philosophy, psychology, ceramics, pilates whatever. go to a nice pub with some good friends and talk about things you think of and dont worry about the time. sit out on the porch/balcony at night with a smoke or whatever, a glass of water or something and just let your mind wander and look about, breathe deeply.

Relocate..... Move at least one state away.
Montana, Kanasa, Texas, or Any east coast place.
Moving is a way to change more then you are comfortable with without getting crazy.
