It' scary hearing a nice guy like Freaks & Geeks creator Paul Feig get all bitter but that’s what happens when you work in Hollywood. After spending three years developing, writing and directing the feature film I Am David but it’s only in a limited release in the United States. But if you Midwestern Feig fans want the movie to go wider, go buy some damn tickets.

I Am David follows a twelve year-old boy [Ben Tibber] from when he escapes an East European prison camp and makes an incredible personal journey...

Yay! I am half-tempted to drive up to Orlando and see this movie.

Also, join the Freaks and Geeks group. Best show EVER. ♥

I am such a big Paul Feig fan. Great interview. Join the Freaks and Geeks group, we could definitely use some more people interested in talking about the show. If you've never seen the show, rent the DVDs. I guarantee you will be hooked in no time. I managed to convert about five of my friends. Also, if you are into Freaks and Geeks pick up Paul's book, "Kick Me". You will not be disappointed.

Pretty much incomprehensible about I AM DAVID: I count as friends Paul and his terrific wife, and it's disgraceful the way this really fine first film (director-wise) is being treated by Lion's Gate. I can only suggest everybody E-Mail Lion's Gate, and see what happens, but so far it's an underground wowser. Which is just a shame.

Google it and read the reviews - Paul has been doing everything he can correctly, usually appearing with the film whenever he can to answer questions, but it really isn't half-enough.

In any event, SEE IT! ooo aaa

Paul Feig is probably one of the coolest guys ever. You people should buy tickets to his show in the midwest even if you don't live there! Buy it online. Anyways, he's getting constantly screwed by Hollywood, so help the man out because he produces some of the best stuff ever.
