well if we're talking semantics
a movei can't be a work in progress when it is rated, it has to be the complete film as it will be seen in theatres. if they went back and made any changes then they'd have to get it re-rated, otherwise people could go get a g rating then go back to the editing suite and make it a hard core porno
and even if they did do that, the movie would have already received the original rating.

though i don't blame you for suppling a wrong answer there, most websites get that wrong anyway you shoulda just worded it differently to bv safe
