i must say i've recently fallen in love with the new tabasco green jalapeno sauce. nice amount of heat and good flavor too. Siracha is pretty good, basically katchup made with pepers instead of tomatoes. and there's not arguing that classic tabasco is great also. there's this really great garlic chili sauce i get at the local asian market that has a chicken on it that's probably my fav. when it comes to cooking with it.
and yeah, i'm so bored that i posted about hot sauce. wink

Well, I have a few good ones, in no order...

Alpo will agree on this one: Tapatio. Not exactly hot, but damn, it tasted good.

Pain is Good Batch 114: Jamaican Hot Sauce. It's hot. It's delicious

And for straight heat, you can't go wrong with the limited edition Dave's Insanity yearly batch......good stuff.....

I'll think of more later.......I love the stuff.

avoid the new tabasco chipotle. it's just spicy BBQ sauce. and it's not even that spicy.

My favorite is Grace Foods hot sauce. It's big in Jamaica where they use it like ketchup. It flavor is a lot like Frank's, but with more heat.

Ok Im from South Louisiana...so I am pretty well versed in the ways of hot sauce...Original Tabasco is the best all around sauce...no question...Its not the ingredients (basicly just pepper and vinegar)...it the way they age it...they use hickory and it makes the flavor soooo much better...Louisiana brand hot sauce is another decent brand, but why settle for less??? Some complain that they want something a little hotter...in their case I would say Tabasco Habanero...same aging process, but a little more heat...
