Don't want grilled cheese, or something premade... I may just default to making stirfry.

So... what new recipes (needs meat), could i try? Something quick, and not to hard.

Trader Joe's sells this awesome frozen Orange Chicken.

I just ate a whole bag, and I'm still craving it like it's an illegal substance.

But, wow, Canada. I don't know what to tell you about that.

I made this tonight, w/ a side of microwave-in-the-bag asparagus. It was super-easy and yummy. I feel as big as a house.

Last week I used Paul Newman's roasted garlic parmesan and hot sauce as a marinade for chicken. Grilled it and mixed it with walnuts, grapes and bleu cheese and had it over spinach.
I love the last night before grocery shopping. Just mix it all up in a bucket and put a fried egg on top.
Give me a list of your potential ingredients and I'll make you a meal in like 20 minutes.

Mexican food on an Italian cooking site?!?
That's unpossible.
Are they called 'Mexican' enchiladas so we don't confure them with cannoli (Italian enchiladas)?

This is what I made tonight, and what I'm eating right now:

Fettucine

1. Cook fettucine.

Half and half
1/2 block parmesan
1/2 block romano
2 cans chopped clams
half head of garlic
1 bunch parsley
white wine

Have a glass of wine. Cook the chopped garlic in a little butter. Add half and half. Add both cans of clams and juice from one can. Add cheese. Let it cook down and thicken and have another glass of wine. Then add the chopped parsley. Add some wine to the sauce and some to your glass. Let it cook down a little more and then serve over fettucine with crusty bread and a salad. And wine.

I honestly don't remember if I had dinner tonight. Right now I'm eating triscuits and easy cheese, though. Is it just me, or is that a horribly addicting combination?

Let's just say when the ant archaeologists dig up our remains in the year 28,000, your corpse will be a prime specimen.
