Lemon Pie Recipe Suggestions ?

Dear Friends on the Internet --

I have a dilemma, where I'm calling on you for help ... I need to make a lemon pie. Something good, yet fairly easy to make.

Why does it have to be lemon you ask? That's not important. Why does it have to be a pie? That's not important either. What is important is, I have to make a lemon pie.

Sure there's Google, with more recipes than I can count, but I was hoping someone could share a recipe that they vouch for it being good.

So yeah ... help me out here!

Do you want lemon creme or more like a custard? Do you want meringue? Does it HAVE to be a pie or would a tart suffice? How about lemon bars? Those are easy!
