Don't fight abuse with abuse.

This is a distributed Denial of Service attack. It's almost certainly against the Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy for your ISP.

How do we{tinw} know which websites are in the database? How do we{tinw} know that it's not some innocent person? This claims ot target just spammers; how do they know that it isn't going ot affect people who have nothing to do with the spammers?

[pedant]Also, you've capitalized 'spam' in the subject line. Spam(tm) is a trademark or Hormel Foods, and they're a bit fussy about it. Lower-case spam is junk email. People sometimes prefer to say UBE (unsolicited bulk email) which defines itself quite nicely.
