i dont know. my mind probably sent the words "dickhead, bitch" and my mouth moved the sounds around and filled in the blanks.

That makes sense. When I was a kid I once called someone a "pumpkin head". It was so lame because I didn't pronounce it correctly and said "punkyin". Yeah, I was not a cool kid.
