They (your old boss) can deny your application then you have to send them written information as to why you were fired. Plead your case, basically. And if it goes to that it's awfully annoying. You have to check for jobs like three times a week or something.

she told me to file unemployment though so i dont think she can deny my case.. and if she does.. ive got information up my sleeve about her.. and i will fuck her so bad that her business will go down the tubes..
