Class Song

What was your class song?

Ours was "Don't You Forget About Me" by Simple Minds. "Today" by Smashing Pumpkins got the most votes (it had been released that year), but the preps on the student council voted it down.

It could have been worse. "Thank God I'm a Country Boy" was one of the nominees.

do you mean the song they played at graduation? ours was "End of the Road." i have always hated that song, until i heard the Me First & the Gimme Gimmes version. too bad that one didn't exist at the time.

They didn't play ours at graduation. It was just something we voted on as a class, along with our class colors, class flower, class motto, etc.

They voted on it I guess (I missed that part) and it was sung by some people at our graduation.

I honestly don't remember. I went to my prom too, I just can't remember what the hell the song was.

I think it was unbelievable by emf, either that or right here, right now by jesus jones.

My class song was Sarah McLauflin's "I Will Remember You" (I know I spelled her last name wrong but I have no clue how to spell it and Iam not looking it up!)

Mine was, once again, a Greenday song. I'm not sure what it was for though.

I remember it was a tie between some country song and an Eve 6 song, and the country song won out in the end. The class after me, though, got stuck with that Hoobastank song, the reason...hahahahaha

Our Senior Prom (which I didn't go to) was Stairway to Heaven

Luckily, the song at graduation was the Graduation song by Vitamin C. Yeah, it was awesome.

I'm so glad my class wasn't the only one who has to suffer thru good riddance(time of your life) by green day, their version was bad enough, but having to suffer thru the lunatics who sang it at graduation, that was excremental. It was chosen because out of the five songs, it was the only non r&b song, the others were vanessa williams, r kelly, whitney houston, and some other drug addled pop r&b bitches, completely split the vote so the non-r&b song won. God, highschool sucked so much ass
