And yes, I agree. When I had a pool, I loved watching the rain make temporary craters in it as I drank inside and neglected school work.

You should be required to come from some place that has an average yearly rainfall of at least twenty inches to be allowed to drive in this state.

Last Friday we set the record in San Diego of 189 days without a trace of rain; that's our new alltime record. It started raining Saturday night and hasn't stopped much. It's great!!!

You should be required to live in a place that gets snow to drive a damn 4-wheel drive SUV. Oh and those stupid hummers should be outlawed!

That's true. It's rediculous how poorly people in SoCal drive in the rain. It drizzles and there's 200 accidents.

By the way, in case anybody didn't know, do NOT go in the ocean for a couple days after a rain, ESPECIALLY the first rain in a while. Trust me.

Too bad all those "new ruins" found in Lake Mead might disappear again.

I grew up in Sacramento before I moved down here. When it rains in Sacramento it pours, to be cliche.
