Soy products.

Who's for, and who's against?

I know, I know, I'm awesome for finally asking this question that everybody was thinking. Personally, I'm totally fuckin' for. Banana-flavoured soymilk, delicious soyaccinos, fake soy sausages and burgers.

My homemade fried soy chxin is super good. The only problem is it also involves a lot of wheat gluten, which some people cant digest.

I love me some edamame. The first time I ate them though, so one told me not to chew the shells up.

If you put soy sauce on me I'd totally chew my own arm like a solipsistic zombie. That'd rock.

Heh, wheat gluten is just wheat protien. It isn't a vegan thing, Coeliacs (sp?) have trouble digesting it. I don't know any more than that, but there's probably a few members who can give more information.
