I can't think of anything more relaxing than sinking into a hot bubbly bath. It's my favourite way in the world to relax.

One of my favourite bath-lifestyle accessories is Lush which sell loadsa erm... lush things for bathtime. I also love reading in the bath until the books pages start curling and you suddenly realise the water is freezing.

What I want to know is what do you all do to create the perfect bathtime experience?

anyone who mentions panpipes/whale music will be shot. biggrin

YES YES YES I LOVE LUSH!

so...I turn off the lights and light up some candles...put on some relax music...the thing is that when I finally get into the tub I get a little bored just sitting there...

-edit-
musical selections for bathtime relaxation include:
Paula Cole's "Feeling Love" from the City Of Angels soundtrack
Moby's "Rushing", "The Sky is Broken", and "Inside" from Play
Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Porcelain" from Californication

I like to have some wine, and a magazine like Real Simple that I don't have to think too much about.

I like for the kitties to dip their paws in the water, too.

I wish I had a Lush store here. frown Ibiza After-Party Shampoo smells like heaven.

I used to love sitting in a bathtub in the dark drinking red wine from the bottle.

Hot, hot water... maybe vanilla bubble bath. Candles. Music (a variety).

We have one of those nice, deep, clawfoot bathtubs that were built when people still took baths instead of a shower, so it's relaxing and comfortable.

I'd kill for an actual hot tub.

Hey, my bathtub can easily fit 6+ people. WHo wants to come over?

Ignore me, I've had too much to drink

lol. lucky you i've always had problems with baths because i'm 6'3". The only way I can submerse myself in it is if my legs are out or if I want my legs in then I end up looking like a meercat sitting straight up, most of the rest of me out of the water.
i want a bath made for tall people. however the plus side is it's pretty hard to drown in the bath, i know 'cause I frequently fall asleep in it biggrin
