I'm normally a big fan of british slang but this phrase is absolutely silly.

I was just wondering that myself.

it means 'i can't be bothered.'

or 'i just don't give a shit'.

Any of the UKers that use "can't be arsed" ever been on the Morbid Angel board? Because I used to be on there all the time and they "couldn't be arsed" to even spell it all out so it became: cabbyarsed. That word RULED the boards for a while.
