Cheap Cigs, cheaper than Delaware

Usually $4-5 a pack for the branded stuff in SoCal, but I score mine at the Navy Exchange, $2.95 for Marlboro Lights, Like $26 a carton roughly.

I never realised how cheap cigarettes are in the states! Over here (uk) they average at around £4-£5 for a packet of twenty......that works out at just under ten dollars!

Tax in MI just went up 75 cents last month. I paid 5something for Basics on sale. Maybe it's time to go back to rolling my own.
