OK I'm fucking uptight about this and I will probably misspell something in this post but this is such a blatant lack of intelligence on the publishers of this horrid offense I must say something. REALIZE that the word REALIZE is spelled with a Z!! Yes, you are a major publishing company, yes you have spell check, try F7 if clicking the tool bar is to inconvienent for you. RealiZe that there is no S in this word, realise would be pronouced release and is NOT A WORD. If you don't believe me, look in a dictionary because I doubt you can spell dictionary.com in your URL slot. Sorry I'm just mad when I read a book that I paid 24 dollars for didn't involve the use of a spell checker in is creation. i dunt kare if you speel like thees in ur pooostz!!!!1111

It's common to spell it with an 's' if the book is by a British author or published there. Maybe that's the deal.

Again, "realise" is an acceptable, even preferred, way of spelling it in a lot of places. The publisher is not necessarily stupid, but possibly foreign. I remember a girl who transferred to my school in the second grade getting terrible grades for a while because she was from New Zealand or something and they spell it "colour" and so forth.

a lot of british spellings prefer an "s" to a "z."
it's like adding a superfluous "u."

realise.... colour... if you see something like that that isn't obviously a mistake, it's probably an accepted spelling somewhere.

ARRR!!!

in ghostbusters part 1, the stay puft marshmallow man came to town and the ghostbusters defeated him by crossing the streams. in part 2, vigo the carpethian tried to come back to life by creating a river of slime and taking over dana barret's baby, however the ghostbusters once again defeated him by spraying the slime all over the statue of liberty and playing some good music.

This may be off of the subject but I work in a video store and when Star Wars Episode 2 came out they sent us a banner that said Attach of the Clones. They also sent us another banner that said The Count of Monte Crisco.

'Attach of the Clones' would have been a good movie. An army of Velcro soldiers taking on the Republic...call George Lucas.
