haha, that's funny, John and I had actually been talking about setting up an interview in May, glad to see that someone was able to take care fo it!

i saw john vanderslice with pedro the lion in LA a few months ago. i had never seen him or heard his songs before, but i remember the tune to nearly every song he played that night. the melodies and lyrics were quite profound.

the song he played first has been stuck in my head since that night, but it aint on the cd i bought ... it's about his wife and it was some of the most amazing singing i had ever heard "my wife, my flame..." he holds it out real long. anyone know what album that is on so i can get it... ? maybe i'll go check out them there mp3s...
