My Father was on OraMorph, administered in hospital. Over here they keep it locked up, they need three people to give it, and they all check all paperwork about eight times. So, my Pa had two charts, which they mashed onto one. But they forgot the Oramorph, so he was left with, get this, 2 paracetemol every four hours. It got corrected, but boy he was in pain. (Not cancer, but diabetic foot.)

I think you should try some of this ROMPUN, Bayer makes it, but its kinda tricky to get.
