The Batman you'd like to see

I don't get the Bats Vs Supes thing......it's a no brainer. Mortal man, versus nigh invincible demi god. The only reason Supes loses is because he doesn't want to win.

First off:

PLOTLINE: An adaptation of "The Killing Joke".

- ALEC BALDWIN AS BATMAN (if he were 15 years younger).

Alec would have made the PERFECT choice for Batman, were he younger...he's a classic example of, "tall, dark, and handsome", he's broad-shouldered and and in good shape...he plays the "charming cassanova" bit extremely well, and most importantly -he does viscious, scary, and pissed off to a tea! Rent "The Cooler" to see what kind of chops he has.
Sure, the "Shadow" didn't work, but that was the fault of the script, and the director.

(if I had to pick someone else, I would maybe go with Jason Statham from "Snatch").


- ALAN CUMMINGS AS THE JOKER. Honestly, I don't think there's an actor alive better suited for the role, either physically, or in terms of acting skill. Alan is an expert at playing both creepy, dark characters, but also flamboant, comedic characters! With the right makeup I think he would define the character cimematically (no offense to Nicholson).

- GRETCHEN MOLL AS BARBARA GORDON. A small role, but Gretchen Moll has always struck as having a certain level of class to her, that I think Barbara would need, esspecially since she wouldn't be on camera much.

-PHILLIP SEYMORE HOFFMAN AS JIM GORDON. Because I think the man can do anything, frankly.

The Batman I want to see is part tiger...

I was expecting more from that batman thing too. It sucked. The guy the played The Joker was the highlight.
