Hah, how weird. I went to Target today to pick up the Megaman Collection, but ended up getting Batman: TAS instead.

Has there been a definitive answer for PS2 or GC? I'd prefer GC, too, but if the PS2 version has more stuff and a better button config, there's really no reason to go for cube.
