Does anyone have noisy neighbors?

I'm on the top corner of a building in our appartment complex, with neighbors to one side, the rear, the rear-side, below, etc. etc. Eight units total, and we haven't had a problem. It's pretty cool.

I do. I have an upper and lower appartment. The apartment behind us is very quiet, it might be vacant. The apartment to the left is an older couple, they are very quiet unless there is a Packer game, but that is no big deal. But the assholes that live to the right of us. Seriously have no brains about them at all. They party every night, smoke pot outside so the smoke filters into our apartment through the windows, they leave empty bottles outside our door so when we open the door to go outside we kick them, they are just annoying in every way possible. I have called and complained. The other night KidGumby went over there and told them to shut the fuck up, which they did for about an hour.

I am the noisy neighbor.

I am buying a house soon.
The kids that live on the same street ride their dirtbikes and gocarts up and down the street for hours allll the time.

That shit will stop when I move in!

I don't mind them starting their bikes, to drive off into the woods or something, but we have a short street (like four houses), and they make so much noise (especially since my guy works nights so he sleeps during the day).
