Does anyone have noisy neighbors?

Does anyone here have noisy neighbors? How do you deal with it if they don’t listen to your complaints? Are you a noisy neighbor?

my neighbors are deaf, and definately not niosy. two of them are dating, they are about 90 years old?

We live right on top of a Hall. So every weekend my house shakes but we're used to it. We don't mind noise at all. Plus, we're the only ones on our side of the block so we can be as loud as we want.

my neighbors in my current apartment are ok. but the house next door to us (on the other side) is being renovated. and has been "beeing renovated" for about as lonng as we've lived here. so a little over a year. 6 days a week, 12 hours a day: yelling, power tools, hammering, the goddmaned mexican radio, etc. right outside our window. when they were ripping off the roof they were just throwing the shit into our sideyard and hitting our air conditioners and windows. i've threatened to call the plice, called the supervisor, called my own landlord, and pretty much there's nothing to be done, as far as i can tell... they're never going to finish. i jut live with it. last week they started repainting the entire house because they fucked up when they did it a four months ago.

My neighborhood is full of old people. I think they would die if they were noisy

i do. these people upstairs from me need to learn how to walk softly and not stomp around. it's ok i smoke outside there window when they get top loud they seem to hate that

They are ok. Well on one side, on top they have a boxer who howls all day long, and on other side, they have a poodle that likes to reply.

And the poodle owners well, they drink a lot and say rude things, and have nosey grandkids... I hate them.
I told them to mind their own beeswax today.

too bad those kids don't speak english.

usually a call to the police quiets them down. I hate doing that, but my god, i do not want to listen to your music at 3 am, when i have to be up at 6.......

We finally had to move a year ago, because the guy 2 apartments over and down from us played music so loud that it literally vibrated the windows.. and our walls were sound proofed......and it was 2 apartments over. Turns out he was an officer.
local police.....a neighbor called the police on him after 2 weeks of the idiot's noise.
That neighbor got hurt real bad. That's when we moved. It WAS quiet here.. the neighbors are wonderful, but now, they are rebuilding a major route nearby.. so it's jackhammers at 3 am, and some godawful incessant pounding from 7 am til 6 pm... but it's still preferable to the noisy policeman.

also a fan on high speed works wonders..... beautiful white noise.

I really don't have this problem in butt fuck nowhere. And there is always the option of doing various things to the guys car(Illegal but if he doesn't give a shit about you...who cares!!), then he'll move out with any luck.

My neighbours have a garage heavy metal band called Hemp Dog. they're loud, but they've been playing since before I was born, so I don't complain. Plus they're rad people

i live in a college town 3 blocks from ucsb campus. its loud every day and all night. and im loud as fuck. theres nothing you can do about it.

i would say call the police everytime. its bound to get annoying to them.

Me and my band "Electric Hammer" rattle the dust out of our elderly neighbors' heads with our pummeling riffage on a nightly basis.

I'm just kiddin'. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood.

My neighbor is noisy and we have brick walls and she lives up stairs, she is a sceamer. Some times its annoying and sometimes I don't mind.

Our upstairs neighbor stomps when she walks, as she's built like a gorilla. Other than that, she's quiet, which is nice.

Our neighborhood gets noisy on weekends during the school year, but it's nice and quiet during the summer.

im noisy, but i have enuf respect to only be noisy in the day.

Fucking hideous neighbours next door - violent screaming matches at 3am, they go on for hours. Complained to their landlord but to no avail.

I get my revenge by playing my Barry Manilow album every time I hear them fornicating. No male erectile tissue can withstand "I wanna do it with you"
Also by singing hymns in the shower, nice 'n' early!!

The people above me used to play these bongo things at 3:30 am while their little kids would jump around. yeah. they're getting evicted though.

also, I don't know where it's coming from, as I'm usually sleeping when it happens, but some asshols like pounding on the walls between 11:30 pm and 9 am.

My neighbors are noisey, unconsiderate, and annoying to say the least -- I've made several journal posts about them keeping me up all night.

The more I think of it, if I didn't have them, I can't help but wonder if I'd be bored when I'm up at 3am? I mean its instant entertainment just listening to them fight all the time.
