mmm sugar...

my friend rob just told me that my ability to eat pure sugar "amazes him". and other assorted friends have told me that eating sugar packets (especially those sugar in the raw ones) was disgusting. someone else must eat sugar like i do.

or maybe i really am just disgusting and weird...

it definitley is nasty, but i like it!

i once saw a mom letting her kid drink coffee creamers in a resturant.

it's just the way your brain percieves taste it's not strange. you can also train your body to do such amazing feats. But don't tell anyone

i also drink half and half cups at diners and make skater milkshakes... you know when you put a sugar packet into a half and half cup thing and shake it up... it's mighty tasty. i leave huge messes for waitresses at diners. so i also leave huge tips.

I used to eat Sweet & Low packets. Now that's disgusting.

oh, lol you think i opened them and just ate the sugar! no, no, no, I took a sugar packet, and ate it.

I'm also known to eat A-1 and/or ketchup with a spoon, and organize the jelly packets in the little holder.

i've been known to eat sweet & low and equal when i run out of sugar packets. and i think i've got some lemonade mix in my cupboard that i'm gonna eat pretty soon...

No, you're definetely not alone, judging by the responses so far. I occasionally eat packets of sugar, but especially brown sugar. When I went to Las Vegas last summer, practically every restaurant I went to had brown sugar, so I was very happy. Maybe that's why I'm going back this year.

I was addicted to equal. When I was like11 my dad was diagnosed as a diabetic and the sugar disappeared to be replaced with equal packets. I would steal them and eat them in my closet like a fricken junkie....

I am a sugar fiend, although I am not thought of as "cool" for doing it or anything, I love brown sugar and confectioners sugar and cotton candy sugar and pixie sticks and raw kool aid or ice tea mix... it is just that powdery goodness... ::drools:: lik-a-maid/lik-a-stic is like one of my most favorite candies of all time.

oooo when i'm really poor and can't afford actually food i get honey packets at gas station convenience stores. i haven't done that since i got bronchitis last winter though...

i work at a place where the only thing acceptable on your lip is chewing tobacco. definitely not a peircing. but they wanted to see me cringe or vomit or whatever, but i was like, ok ill drink it, and i bravely squirted it in my mouth and said, "yeah thats pretty good(with sarcasm, mind you)," and turned and walked out. but man, i wanted to be sick.

why not? that stuff is yummy... and i eat jello powder all the time too...

I'm the only one I know, though, who spent the summer of 1995 dropping sugar packets into dr pepper at breakfast.

I'll eat raw sugar, but my wife will actually add sugar to Frosted Flakes... I've _never_ seen that.

i eat sugar cubes all the time. just let them sit on your toungue and dissolve.

i too am amazed at how many women eat packets of sugar and honey. i used to have those fruit juice thingies that came in small wax canes? anybody familiar w/ these? those were good.

oh fuck yeah! I used to eat them and play video games and my friend's house. we'd drink that purple shit that came in tiny plastic cartons too, then strap on the inflatable boxing gloves...
