Penny Arcade is my absolute favorite, but I occasionally read Sinfest, which is also good.

I don't read it anymore, but I used to religiously read User Friendly during the dot com boom. It was funnier than Dilbert and I could relate to it better.

Penny Arcade is fucking great, so are Exploding Dog, Mac Hall, and a few others. There's great stuff on KeenSpot.

For those of you using Mac OS X, Comictastic and iComic are your best friends if you like web comics.

Scott McCloud's The Right Number is great. It'll cost you a quarter using BitPass, but it's pennies well spent.
