What's your favorite kind of cheese?

On the sandwiches I get at my cafeteria, Pepper Jack

Extra sharp white cheddar. That or gubment cheese.

But in general, cheese sucks. Especially the smelly stuff. And brie. My dog eats brie.

Swiss, Romano, Baby Swiss, Mozzerella, Provolone, Parmesan. In that order, thank you.

In no real order:

Medium cheddar (from the awesome place in Ontario whose name escapes me), smoked gouda, parmesan (fresh), and mozzarella (I mean real good stuff).

Gouda, Havarti, Meunster, Extra sharp chedder, provolone.

Feta, that and goat cheeses. The hard Italian Cheeses (peccarino, romano, parmesan) all good cheese

Double Gloucester. I even know how to pronounce it properly.

Since sub shops and the like don't offer it as one of their choices, I go with provolone or super-sharp cheddar. The sharper the better. I don't like bland cheeses, like mild cheddar, colby, and so on.

I used to get a wedge of parmesan in my stocking at Christmas.

I also miss getting ham and brie baps in Oxford for lunch... sooooo good!

Provolone, but it's too expensive... monteray jack is pretty keen too, though.
