No guys, you see a man who likes large breasts is insecure and only longing to get back to mommy's sweet bosom!

Swimming is good, but cross-country skiing is better. If you don't get snow there, stopping washing your hair and hope for really, really intensive dandruff.

I know you said the idea of going to the gym turned you off, but if I were you, I'd try it. Maybe you have before and didn't enjoy it, but it doesn't hurt to try again. Most places let you try the first time for free or have a small fee... Anyways, if you don't mind looking like you don't know what you're doing, get an orientation. The thing is, a gym has a variety of weight machines, weights, and cardio equipment you can use year round, and people on hand to show you how to do stuff properly, without getting injured.

Otherwise, I'd say walking/running uphill (cardio and lower body muscle development at the same time) or swimming. Push ups and/or crunches in front of the telly are great too.

2 options you could give me your address and i'll start chasing you. i need to exercise more so it would be a win win situation, or you can cut back on the pub crawls? by the way those are both jokes. as far as personal fitness with out gym involvement? do i what i do quit driving, or getting rides for the short distances (those of less tehn 2 miles) and pick up biking i have lost 15 pounds in this week alone just by doing that. since it helps me lose weight it must be good for skinny people too.

finding an activity that you find enjoyable is probably the most important thing, if you're having fun and it doesn't feel like work, youre more likely to stick with it, I've enjoyed weight training, boxing and martial arts for years, thought I've been a lazy ass for the last couple of years, what kept me going was that it was Fun, and a great stress reliever, Ive been getting the itch to start again but maybe take it in some new directions ..gotta keep it interesting.

I recommend waking up at 5:30 to run a mile then lift weights until you can't feel your body only to then go on to a day of school and manual labor. That's my workout at least... Not really what you're looking for...

Take out parts of it, i guess. Run, a lot.
