Looks like The Dark Knight Retuns grade bullshit to me. Which is odd, because I thought this film was based on Batman: Year One.

It's like an F-117 vomited on a Stryker and then got pummeled by the ugly fairy.

Who said the film was based on "Year One"? That was an Aronofsky project and it was killed in favor of this one. This is simply another recasting of the millieu to support a new Batman franchise.

I think the rumor-mill is still a-buzz with the idea that Gordon's portion of the story remains similar to that of Batman: Year One.

oh my god I hate it! It's too much of a Batsuv, or Batsuvee if you will.

I only saw it once, but there's a large DC book, called something like Ultimate Batman, and is essentially a huuge guide to all things Batman... One of the pages lists many batmobiles, some of which have never been onscreen... I can't quite remember, but I think there was a BatHummer as one of them...

it kinda looks like a scaled down model from the original (and still good) Dark Knight series

I'm not certain they are. There are actually rumblings that the story starts in the midst of Batman's chasing down the Scarecrow.

I have to agree but that's not really fair as I've never liked Batman nor DC for that matter.

the batmobile looks kind of dumb...but hey, i guess it's original...and there's nothing wrong with that.

what I do like is the batman logo...very cool looking.

all i know is...this movie had better be good...

on a side note...catwoman thus far looks like it's going to be embarrassing.
