CULTURE: Doctors Grow Penis on Boy's Arm

Malik, a 16-year-old Russian boy, lost his cock when he urinated on an electric fence. Russian doctors, using a latex cylinder, attached a pump to Malik's forearm and pumped a solution into the cylinder to force his skin to create a new penis . The process took 10 months.

they must have some electric fences in russia, i peed on one once, besides a very shocking experience and a funny walk for a few days i didn't have any ill effects.

Reminds me of the episode of Century City last night. A rather attractive, heterosexual woman had gotten a penis surgically attached to herself as a sort of "fashion accessory".
