Some SuicideGirls have been modeling for the site for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or even 10 years. We thought it would be fun to show you a look back and some of the SuicideGirls throughout the years.
Manko has been a SuicideGirl since 2004. Manko is sexy, stunning and always brings an artistic flare to her sets. Often challenging what represents societies beauty ideal. Enjoy this look back at the gorgeous Manko...
From her first collaboration with photographer Albertine on the set of the Italian Villa DVD, Rich Bitch: Manko has collaborated with no other SG photographers since this set.
From 2007 Shunga: a Japanese term for erotic pictures photographed by Albertine :
From 2008 Whatever Happened To Honey Manko photographed by Albertine, MANKO SAYS:...And as the chiming clocks ring in the New Year, a forgotten star in her dusty chamber flicks fragile fingers through faded pages. Reflections of past glories mix with broken dreams, cheap liquor and flaking makeup. As she drinks herself to sleep alone again, will we ever know whatever happened to Honey
Manko? :
From 2009 Club 27 Forever, MANKO SAYS: “When Cobain was found dead on 8 April '94 his mother said: "Now he's gone and joined that stupid club. But of course! Since I was a teenager I also had this deathwish to kick the bucket at 27, join the legendary Club 27 Forever in the sky and salut the "Live fast, die young" dream with Jimi, Janis, Brian, Kurt, Jim, Richey and Jean-Michel...
Now that I'm approaching my 28th birthday, sticking a gun in my mouth seems somewhat counterproductive, but can I betray my stupid deathwish?
Suppose I still have time to make up my mind. Tic toc... tic toc...
Long live dead idols! Long live rebellious idealism! Life fast, my darling, live fast!!”
Aside from her formidably beauty, there is a creative force with Manko that is so clear and uncompromising that she truly embodies alternative beauty in all expressions!
To me Manko epitomises a Suicide Girl.
She has her OWN style, and expresses it however the Fuck she pleases regardless of the Mainstream audience, or even the supposed 'alternative' audience for that matter!
I am without a doubt a big fan of this crazy Harlot!!
the only thing this Timeline is missing is the original artwork by Junko Mizuno which was featured in Cornography set. I was so proud of it (and I really had to bend her arm a bit in a sake restaurant in Tokyo to have her contribute the originals).
