If you could re-experience one thing in your life, what would it be?

I would probably like to re-experience first love. The goo goo gag gaga feeling of that first kiss and that tingly feeling inside.

There is one specific day. One perfect day that, if ever given the opportunity, I would give 1 year of my life away to re-live.

I can't tell you the specifics because it's my day and it belongs only to me.

But, I can tell you that it involves Me, a beautiful woman, a late summer afternoon and a beach in Scituate, Mass.

Same. Up to this point nothing has compared with the intensity of first love.

its funny. as boring as my life is on the whole, ive had some very good specific moments. but i do have one in particular that really sticks out.

i was at a show at VA beach, on the lawn as always. bruce hornsby was playing and out of nowhere the sky opened up and it started pouring down raining. since it was about 90 degrees out, this felt awesome. just a whole bunch of people dancing. then about 10 minutes later it cleared up and a double rainbow came out.

it may not sound like much, but it was beautiful to me. and i was completely content.

there was this one day, a week before my ex and i broke up. it was the best day, and i didn't even think breaking up would be near.

but it was 3 am. we went for a walk down mainstreet. there were these trees that smelled so good, and he picked a twig with leaves on it and gave it to me, and we kissed beneath it. then we ran down the middle of the street, pretended we were airplanes, basically being dorks in love. *sigh*

I can't pick one moment. I just can't. Sometimes I wish I could go back to a certain day knowing what I know now, but eh...

My third bands second show. Total bliss.

right now, i think the moment i fell in love with my guy. quiet coffee shop, m&m cookie, hot apple cider with caramel, deep blue eyes. still gives me butterflies just thinking about it.

My mothers

I'd like to go back and spend time with one particular person. This time around I would do everything I can to not fuck it up.

The first time my band played a song I wrote all the way through.

While I have had many memorable "firsts" in my life... I feel that everyday there is an opportunity to experience another. I can't ever really want to relive an experience again because circumstances change and my current knowledge and breadth of experience might just lessen the drama and magic of the original event.

I can't remember my first love, not who it was or the effect they had on me. So I'd have to say I'd re-experiance the 22 hour session in Space on Sundays. I know it's cheesy going for a nightclub but it was a really amazing day. And no it wasn't drug fueled, it was just music with good friends having a good time.

took the words right out of my mouth....even if it happened exactly the same though, I'd like to re-experience it.

perhaps my first time with a girl. or maybe this one time I ran with a herd of horses. that was pretty awesome. I dunno.

If I had to choose one event, it would definitely be night #2 of a two night stand by the Afghan Whigs at the El Rey but along the same lines as first kiss, first love etc. I gotta say that it occasionally makes me really sad that I'll never again have those feelings of anticipation that I'd get on the last day of school or on Christmas Eve when I was a kid. (sniff )
