You know what I miss?

Nick Jr. man. I know that there's "Dora the Explorer" now, and that Octupus guy, but I mean MY Nick Jr.

I wanna see "The Noozles" again, and "David the Gnome". Hell, I want "Mya the Bee," "Eureka's Castle," "Sebastian and Belle," "The Adventures of the Little Koala"... FUCK! Why limit myself to just Nick Jr.?!

Whatever happened to "Hey Dude" "Salute your Shorts" "The Muppet Babies" "Hey Verne, It's Ernest" PEE-WEE FUCKING HERMAN MAN!

And of course, "The Adventure of Pete and Pete."

Then ther was "Inspector Gadget," "Duck Tales," "Chip and Dale's Resue Rangers," "Tale Spin," "Darkwing Duck," "Legends of the Hidden Temple" "Double Dare" (Which I was destined to be on, but then it became "Family Double Dare" and it just became another focus of rage from my broken home life).

But geez, those were some good times.

What else can you guys remember to pitch in on this nostalgia trip?

They still show Inspector Gadget at like...5 AM back home on one of the really shitty stations. It's awesome.

I miss Darkwing Duck, The Muppet Babies and Duck Tales. All integral parts of my childhood. biggrin

There is some Nick Two station on cable that has nothing but the old shows. If you don't have it in your area, you have obviously done something to piss of God or The Man.

I'm still trying to remember what that show was that had the episode where one of the kids fell off his bike and got kidnapped and they found him in some sort of cocoon or something... Wow, that was a sad attempt at a sentence.

Then there was that one where they put the contestants in a video game...

*sigh*

Oh shit, and Duck Tales... Was that the one with the bear or whatever that had a little metal disc that expanded so he could fly around on it? I though that thing was so cool.

Anyone remember "Rubik, The Amazing Cube"? The kids solved crimes or something by first solving their Rubik's cube, thus making it come to life and kick ass...just like the real ones should have done.
