...but, man, doing coke off of stripper's butts everynight, going to clubs + dancing so hard you loose even more weight, and wearing expensive leather pants to accentuate it the whole time sure is fun!!! Give it a try some time!

p.s. this a tongue and cheek thread...

p.p.s. ...but seriously, I'm 6'' 135 lbs., and I eat chilli dogs and oreo milkshakes for lunch every day surreal tried all those weight supplements (none of which worked) and body building (imagine Iggy Pop w/out the shinny junkie skin)...got any suggestions?

I'm 5'10" 140 lbs, but the last few years I've been developing a gut, that i can attribute primarily to working in front of a computer for double digit hours every day, and eating copious amounts of Taco Bell and other fine foreign cuisine.

My suggestion: Enjoy It! Mick Jagger gets more ass than Louie Anderson. Always has and always will.

from one skinny guy to another......

dude we have to accept that our metabolisms are running full speed ahead. and that speed is faster then the space shuttle. im taller then you but only slightly heavier. i have tried to sit on my ass and eat food. guess what happened? i lost 5 lbs. no bullshit. i went to a health clinic and got tested for body fat. i dont even think i registered any.

I used to be 5'11" 120 lb. im still 5'11" but ive been able to put on and keep weight
A few things help:
excercise, it seems counterproductive but it really will increase your appetite
eat lots of protein
do whatever you do consistently. you wont see results for a while. You really need to change your lifestyle. make excercise and eating good a routine. just giving this or that a try wont work (not saying that you do, but that was a big problem for me at first)
stay strong my scrawny brother smile

I used to be able to eat anything and be a lazy piece of shit, but when I turned 28 I started developing a gut. Since then I've had to change my eating habits and start exercising... so enjoy it while it lasts.

Eat more cheese. Enough cheese and your guts will bind up and you'll be constipated. Keep eating normally but without an exit plan the weight will increase.

A bad side effect is you'll walk around with this expression... mad

Yeah, that's right skinny boy. Yeah. Complain about it. When most girls around me are going "Skinny guys are soooo hot, mmmm." Yeah, whine. That's right.

Eat me.

Have a metabolism monkey, but only because it's my 2000th post and I'm feeling generous.

I used to be a skinny bastard as well. Then I turned 23 and boom. I'm 6'1" and now weigh around 200-210 depending...used to be like a buck 55 at best.

But hey, being a skinny bastard is better than being this guy...

5'9" 120 lbs exactly!

I too am trying to put on a bit of 'mass' but i am in no way whining about my weight. I love the fact that im skinny but dont like being 'underwieght' I weigh just over 8 stone and yet my twin brother is nearly a stone and a half heavier!

I do plenty of excerise and i go down the sports centre to fence 5 days a week! Still no gain tho, although i am becoming superfit! lol

If you're trying to gain lean muscle mass do resistance training several times a week. Try to train moderately heavy. You have to also watch your diet, try to eat at least five meals a day and drink a protein shake and creatine within an hour after working out. Aim for at least 30 grams of protein per meal. You also might want to have something immediately before going to sleep, like a peanut butter sandwich.

5'9", 125 lbs. Oh yeah skinny!

Hitting thirty could go either way though... my dad started to get a bit heavier but my uncle stayed just as skinny...
