This has to be one of the best articles Ive ever read and the most important one on this particular topic. and I fully agree with this article and all that he says, and it made me see that I to see it as a one man performance and hope to change that and make it more about a joined experience.

I might be a bitch but, I totally disagree. If I know he just doesn't have what it takes to finish the job, he gets benched and I'll finish it myself. I'll let him watch or whatever but if I have to flick my own bean, he can go the solo route too! He might even learn something from the demonstration!
