I think they gave me more then a minute or two to go through all the continental states in the third grade, but maybe that's just because I went to the "Special" school.

Apparently I can't pass 3rd grade.

My history teacher in senior year of high school made us take a states & capitols test. He gave it once per semester and you would fail for the marking period if you didn't pass it.

I knew it back then, but you kinda lose it when you don't use it regularly.
